My Story

Less than a year ago, gallstones turned my life upside down—sharp pains, endless nausea, and a constant fear of the next attack. After a laparoscopic cholecystectomy, I slowly reclaimed my freedom. The surgery wasn’t a breeze; recovery meant relearning my body’s limits, tweaking my diet to low-fat, high-fiber foods, and navigating the occasional digestive hiccups. I’m energized, and ready to live life on my terms, pain-free!

I’m diving into a new chapter—experimenting with vibrant, gut-friendly recipes that make me feeling great, exploring new places with a fresh perspective, and embracing every moment authentically. This blog isn’t about reliving the past; it’s about sharing the flavors, sights, and stories that make life rich. Join me as I cook, travel, and live boldly, one authentic step at a time.
